Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with any tags and gift boxes included.
• Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
• Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

How to start a return

Email us at info@elysianbijoux.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns we haven't been told about.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs.

Non-returnable items

• Personalised or engraved pieces, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size, colour or piece is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.

EU customers

If you live in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.
