Processing time

Every order is prepared, checked and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

Delivery times and rates

Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch. Every option includes a tracking number.

Free shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free with Standard Shipping (8–15 business days from dispatch). You can still choose Express at checkout for a faster delivery.

Total delivery estimate

• Standard: about 11–20 business days from order to delivery.
• Express: about 6–12 business days (Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) or 8–13 business days (rest of the world).

Carriers can occasionally be delayed by holidays, weather or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@elysianbijoux.com with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

Wrong address

If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@elysianbijoux.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.

Damaged on arrival

Every piece is shipped with protective padding. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
